Frank Laymon Cockrill

Frank L. Cockrill, 63, of Scottsville, KY passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green.  The Scottsville, KY native was a son of the late Neal Franklin Cockrill and Dorothy Jean Bessinger Cockrill. 

He is survived by 1 son:  Austin Cockrill (Grace), Scottsville, KY; 

3 daughters:  Shelley Phillips, Franklin, KY; Amy Feibel (Sheldon), Beale AFB, CA; Amber Maggart (Nick), Carthage, TN; 

1 brother:  Wayne "Fuzzy" Cockrill (Lamona), Scottsville, KY; 

1 sister:  Doris Francis, Scottsville, KY; 

3 sisters-in-law:  Barbara Rascoe, Jo Cockrill and Sharon Cockrill, all of Scottsville, KY; 

8 grandchildren:  Raiven Hite, Quenton Atkins, Tianna Atkins, Macey McCoy, Lera McCoy, Jaxon Feibel, Brantley Feibel and Jaxton Maggart; 

2 great grandchildren:  Avaya Gooch and Tayden Turner and 

Several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by 3 brothers:  Roger Cockrill, Billy Cockrill and Jerry Cockrill and 2 sisters:  Leatrice Spencer and Dean Hicks. 

Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held at a later date.  Goad Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
