Francis Skipworth Obituary
Francis "Fran" Williams Skipworth, 74, of Scottsville, KY passed away Saturday, November 29, 2025 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Glasgow, KY native was a retired teacher for Allen County School System, Ohio County School System, a former co-owner of Allen County Farmers Service and member of Scottsville Church of Christ and Democratic Women's Club. She was a daughter of the late James Lloyd Williams and Mattie Opal Willis Williams.
She is survived by her husband: Keith Skipworth, Scottsville, KY;
Several cousins.
She was preceded in death by 1 aunt: Eva Nell Johnson and husband, Hall.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home with burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday and after 7:00 A.M. Wednesday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
