Elizabeth Pearl Johnson, 93, of Scottsville, KY passed away Thursday, May 16, 2024 at NHC in Glasgow, KY. The Glasgow, KY native was a homemaker and a daughter of the late Samuel Thomas Houchens and Mary Edna Furlong Houchens and wife of the late Fred Johnson.
She is survived by 3 sons: Freddie Wayne Johnson and Eddie Gene Johnson, both of Scottsville, KY and Teddy Maxie Johnson and wife, Pam, Portland, TN;
3 daughters: Martha Cummings and husband, Douglas, Lucas, KY; Mary Lesa Buckley and husband, Tim, Glasgow, KY and Elizabeth Ann Woodard, Lafayette, TN;
2 sisters-in-law: Sandra Houchens and Zelda Hendrix, both of Scottsville, KY;
10 grandchildren: Melanie Sherwin, Jamie Mills, Wesley Cummings, Jill Scott, Heather Evans, Ashley Jackson, Lucas Buckley, Judson Johnson, Tabitha Johnson and Austin Woodard;
20 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter: Linda Faye Cook and husband, Brad; a granddaughter: Jennifer Threet; 2 brothers: Maxie Houchens and Wayne Houchens and a daughter-in-law: Kay Johnson .
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Townsend and Bro. Teddy Johnson officiating and burial in Allen County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Sunday at Goad Funeral Home.
