Doris Cecil Obituary

Doris June Marr Cecil, 67, of Scottsville, KY passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at her residence. The Scottsville, KY native was a retired employee of Huddleston Brothers, former employee of Washington Overall Manufacturing and a Baptist. She was a daughter of the late Sherman Whitney Marr and Gwen Buchanon Marr and wife of the late Charles Elvis "Chuck" Cecil, Jr.

She is survived by 1 sister: Charlotte Linville, Scottsville, KY;

5 nieces: Heather, Michelle, Lisa, Stephanie and Brittney;

1 nephew: Tyler;

She was preceded in death by a sister: Mary Nell Marr Stewart and a brother: Danny Marr.

There will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation was chosen and Goad Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
