Don Hurt

Don Hurt, 71, of Scottsville, KY passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green.  The Monticello, KY native was a retired truck driver and a General Baptist.  He was a son of the late Bro. Cecil Hurt and Edna Estine Slagle Hurt. 

He is survived by 2 daughters:  Cheryl Hurt (Keith Braudaway), Bowling Green, KY and Amy Hurt (Terry Spengler), Macknaic Island, MI; 

1 brother:  Roger Hurt and wife, Waynette, Troy, OH; 

1 grandson:  Jonathan Hill;

1 great grandson:  Addlar Hill; 

Several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. 

He was preceded in death by a brother:  Randy Hurt. 

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Mt. Union General Baptist Church Cemetery with Bro. Larry Emery officiating.  Visitation will be 11:30 am to 1:30 pm Monday at Goad Funeral Home.
