Dennis Ellinger

Dennis Ellinger, 54, of Scottsville, KY passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at his residence.  The Santa Ana, CA native was an avid fisherman and an over-the-road semi truck driver.  He was a son of the late Darrold Leroy Ellinger and Betty Rose McKinney Ellinger, who survives. 

He is survived by his wife:  Cara Ellinger, Scottsville, KY; 

2 sons:  Christopher Ellinger and wife, Addison, Scottsville, KY and Samuel Poe, Greenwood, IN; 

2 daughters:  Samantha Williams and husband, D. J., Colorado Springs, CO and Brittany Ellinger, Scottsville, KY; 

His mother:  Betty Ellinger, Scottsville, KY; 

3 sisters:  Sharon Pinuelas and husband, Rick, Orange, CA; Barbara Jean Gray and husband, Tim, Chino, CA; Linda Lee French, Stockton, CA; 

4 grandchildren:  Aspyn Williams, Chandler Williams, Anika Ellinger and Landon Harding. 

He was preceded in death by a daughter:  Desire Marie Ellinger and a sister:  Ruth McOuat. 

There will be no visitation or funeral service.  Cremation was chosen.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
