David LaCaze

David LaCaze, 61, of Scottsville, KY passed away Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky.  The Ville Platte, LA native was a truck driver for Averitt Express, a U. S. Navy veteran and son of the late John Aubrey LaCaze and Dorothy Ruth Bryan LaCaze. 

He is survived by his wife:  Ina LaCaze, Scottsville, KY; 

Twin daughters:  Renee Rancilio, Peters, MO and Rachal Thorne, Charleston, SC; 

2 step daughters:  Kari Stelman, Flippin, AR and Pamela Darragh, Springdale, AR; 

1 brother:  John A. LaCaze, Jr., Houston, TX; 

1 sister:  Jane Fitzgerald, Bell, WV; 

1 granddaughter:  Samantha Darragh (Efrain Fonseca); 

2 great grandchildren:  Anthony Fonseca and Stella Fonseca. 

He was preceded in death by 1 sister:  Paula LaCaze. 

Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday at 2557 Hade Bell Road, Scottsville, KY with Hospice Chaplain Bob Ward officiating.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for expenses.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
