David Ray Dismon, 57, of Scottsville, KY passed away Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the Medical Center at Scottsville. The Tompkinsville, KY native was a member of Living Water Recovery Church and a son of the late Wilson Dismon and Naomi Lucille Eaton Cross.
He is survived by his wife: Christina Dismon, Scottsville, KY;
1 son: David Allen Dismon (Ashley Hopkins), Scottsville, KY;
1 daughter: Talisha Dismon, Tompkinsville, KY;
2 brothers: Murl Thompson (Melissa), Scottsville, KY and Tony Christmas (Tammy Ward), Edmonton, KY;
2 sisters: JoAnna Bilbrey (Danny Wilson), Scottsville, KY and Genece Hopkins (Robert Hagan), Edmonton, KY;
3 grandchildren: Kylee Dismon, Bryson Hopkins and Raylee Dismon.
He was preceded in death by a brother: George Wilson "Buck" Dismon and twin infant sisters.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Dewayne Taylor and burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Tuesday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
