Damien Swafford, 42, of Portland, TN and formerly of Scottsville, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2025 at his residence. He was born in Winchester, KY to the late Edward Swafford and Cheryl Riggs Swafford.
He is survived by a son: Dylan Swafford, Scottsville, KY;
His mother: Cheryl Swafford, Scottsville, KY;
Long time girlfriend: Rachel Morgan, Portland, TN.
Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 17, 2025 at Goad Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
