Dale Cummings

Dale Cummings, 70, of Scottsville, KY passed away Thursday, February 20, 2025 at his residence.  The Bowling Green, KY native was a former butcher for Doug and Macks and Winn-Dixie, former employee of Sumitomo and Southern State and member of Clifton General Baptist Church where he was a former deacon.  He was a son of the late Delbert Leon Cummings and Patty Jean Cherry Cummings and husband of the late Suzanne "Suzie" Powell Cummings. 

He is survived by 1 son:  Josh Cummings and wife, Megan, Scottsville, KY; 

2 brothers:  Douglas Cummings and wife, Martha, Lucas, KY and David "Butch" Cummings, TX; 

1 sister:  Debbie England, Glasgow, KY; 

5 grandchildren:  Forrest Towe (Ronda), Karson Gens, Jace Cummings, Brady Cummings and Jaxon Cummings; 

1 great granddaughter:  Gracie Towe. 

He was preceded in death by a daughter:  Kristina Towe. 

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Lawrence and Bro. Eddie Tabor officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday and after 7:00 a.m. until funeral time Monday at Goad Funeral Home.
