Cynthia Sue Curnell, 73, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2025 in Scottsville, KY. She was born in Auburn, IL and was a retired employee of Tradewater Health & Rehab. She was a daughter of the late Charles Tomarelli and Ellen Mae Mann Tomarelli and wife of the late Herman Ray Curnell.
She is survived by 3 sons: Joseph Ray Curnell and James Curnell, both of Dawson Springs, KY and Richard Curnell and wife, Lisa, Scottsville, KY;
1 daughter: Lori Curnell, Dawson Springs, KY;
1 brother: William "Bill" Tomarelli and wife, Dee, Spring, TX;
1 sister: Charlene Berry, Spring, TX;
15 grandchildren: Ruby Halverson, Laken Farley, Matthew Atwood, Lathan Lambright, Jacob Tinsley, Haley Tinsley, Jonathan Curnell, T. J. Curnell, Nicholas Curnell, Jacob Binkley, Dakota Love, Dalton Love, Chase Love, Daniel Foster and Josie Love-Foster;
Several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation or funeral service at this time. Cremation was chosen and Goad Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
