Connie Sue (Manuel) Rush

Connie Sue Rush, 61, of Cape Coral, FL passed away Friday, January 24, 2020 at Gulf Coast Hospital in Ft. Myers, FL.  The Indianapolis, IN native was a homemaker and former volunteer at the Friendship Center.  She was a daughter of the late Robert Lee Manuel and Betty Lou Cook Manuel. 

She is survived by her husband:  Ralph "Pops" Rush, Cape Coral, FL; 

2 sons:  Jeremy O'Day and wife, Shannon, Indianapolis, IN and Daniel Rush, Cape Coral, FL; 

1 daughter:  Rachel Turnage and husband, Michael, North Ft. Myers, FL; 

4 brothers:  Carl Manuel (Marie), Jason Manuel, Mathew Manuel (Trisha) and Robert Manuel (Brandy), all of Indianapolis, IN; 

2 sisters:  Robin Childs and Margaret Fall, both of Indianapolis, IN; 

11 grandchildren:  Jeremy O'Day, Jr., Sheadon O'Day, Jeramyah O'Day, Jazmin O'Day, Jacob Rush, Daniel Rush, Jr., Tyler Molek, Tony O'Day (Sara), Michael Turnage, Shianna O'Day and Kayden Turnage. 

She was preceded in death by an infant sister:  Donna Manuel. 

Funeral service will be 12:00 noon Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Goad Funeral Home with cremation to follow.  Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Goad Funeral Home.
