Connie Ann Swalef Berlin, 48, of Westmoreland, TN passed away Saturday, October 19, 2019 at the Medical Center at Scottsville. The Brooklyn, NY native was a homemaker, employee of TSC Warehouse and a daughter of the late Frederick Charles Swalef and Barbara Lucy Pallone Swalef.

She is survived by 1 son: Josh Morris, Westmoreland, TN;

1 daughter: Crystal Hanover and husband, Robert, Adolphus, KY;

Her companion: Jason Presley, Westmoreland, TN;

6 brothers: Charlie Swalef (Betty), Christopher Swalef (Riza) and Raymond Swalef, all of FL; Arnie Swalef (Darlene), Indianapolis, IN; Mike Collado (Maudie), Scottsville, KY; Ronald Swalef (Betty), VA;

3 sisters: Jennifer Cardwell (Eddie) and Bobbi Erickson (Gary), all of Scottsville, KY; Rini Swalef, Holland (Europe);

4 grandchildren: Jaiden Morris, Caleb Mullins, Braxton Mullins and Joshua Morris, Jr.;

Several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter: Hailey Mullins.

There will be no visitation or service. Cremation was chosen. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
