Clara June (Blankenship) Graves

​Clara June Graves, 71, of Lafayette, TN passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Macon County General Hospital in Lafayette, TN.  The Scottsville, KY native was a homemaker, daughter of the late Girth Monroe Blankenship and Dorothy Mae Mitchell Blankenship and wife of the late William Eugene "Bill" Graves. 

​She is survived by 4 sons:  Jimmy Graves, Darrell Graves, Gary Graves and Teddy Graves, all of Lafayette, TN; 

1 daughter:  Margaret Graves, Lafayette, TN; 

1 brother:  Monroe Blankenship and wife, Lucille, Adolphus, KY; 

1 sister-in-law:  Linda Blankenship, Adolphus, KY; 

​6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. 

​She was preceded in death by 1 great granddaughter; 1 brother:  Leroy Blankenship and 4 sisters:  Flossie Lambert, Betty Scott, Mable Scott and Allie Graves. 

​Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Reece officiating and burial in Oak Forest No. 1 Cemetery.  Visitation will be after 3:00 p.m. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
