Carol Jean Reynolds, 78, of Scottsville, KY passed away Sunday, May 10, 2026, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY. The Scottsville, KY native was a retired housekeeper for Greenview Regional Hospital and attended Beech Grove General Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Orla Lee Landers and Bertha Florence Wade Landers and wife of the late Wilbur Leon "Speedy" Reynolds.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Pam Webb and Tammy Stone and husband, Dewayne, all of Scottsville, KY;
1 brother-in-law: Charles Reynolds and wife, Teresa, Alvaton, KY;
2 nieces: Barbara Needham and Regina Shaffer, both of IN;
5 grandchildren: William Webb (Catie), Bowdy Mahaney (John Ressler), Chelsy Stone (Aguie Clay), Adrianna Anderson (Nate), Braxton Stone;
9 great grandchildren: Garry Jones, Abbi Parkhurst, Jack Carter, Conner Birdwell, Avery Webb, Will Webb, Phoenix Webb, Luca Clay & Merritt Anderson and
1 unborn great grandson: Nico Clay.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter: Chelsey Mahaney; a grandson: Mikey Webb; 1 half brother and 4 half sisters.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 15, 2026, at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Ricky Graves and Bro. Trevor Graves officiating and burial in Martha's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday and after 7:00 a.m. Friday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
