Calvin Jehovah Gregory, 77, of Adolphus, KY passed away Friday, April 9, 2021 at Front Porch Senior Living in Portland, TN. The Scottsville, KY native was a retired employee of Imperial Fabricating for over 35 years, a Southern Gospel musician and singer, a Viet Nam U.S. Army veteran and attended Abounding Grace Ministries. He was a son of the late Jehovah Gregory and Arvie D. Hunt Gregory and husband of the late Rosie Lee Daniel Gregory.
He is survived by 2 daughters: Stephanie West and husband, Ray, Lafayette, TN; Kwanna S. Gregory and fiance', Robert Thomerson, Cottontown, TN;
2 step sons: Junior Amons and William Lee "Bubba" Amons, both of Westmoreland, TN;
1 sister-in-law: Mildred Gregory Read, Adolphus, KY;
6 grandchildren: Amy Garrison (Jim); Amanda Disman; Abby Disman; Ashley Disman-Baker (Jason); Kegan Pollock (Chris); Keely Campbell (Mike);
19 great grandchildren, 1 unborn great grandchild, 2 step grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren;
He was preceded in death by 1 brother: Billy Gene Gregory; 2 sisters: Willie Joel Gregory Neighbors and Barbara Ann Gregory.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Elvis Farley officiating and burial in Oak Forest No.1 Cemetery with military honors by Glasgow D.A.V. Chapter 20. Visitation will be 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Saturday and after 8:00 A.M. Sunday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home. The funeral can be viewed live on Goad Funeral Home Facebook page beginning at 2:00 P.M. Sunday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Front Porch Senior Living.
