Bud Ransom

Bud Ransom, 63, of Scottsville, KY passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green.  The Scottsville, KY native was a former employee of Dollar General, Bryant Lumber Company and Tatum Builders Supply.  He was a son of the late Harold Ransom and Emma Francis Cosby Ransom.

He is survived by his wife: Jean Ransom, Scottsville, KY;

1 brother: Willie Grizzle (Angie), Scottsville, KY;

2 sisters: Martha Meeks (Buddy), Bowling Green, KY; Mary Madden (Horace), Scottsville, KY;

2 sisters-in-law: Sue Payne and Regina Witcher, both of Scottsville, KY;

Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. David Kinslow officiating and burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be 12:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday and after 7:00 A.M. Thursday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
