Bobby Eades, 92, of Alvaton, KY passed away Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Cal Turner Rehab & Specialty Care. The Alvaton, KY native was a farmer and attended Pleasant Grove General Baptist Church. He was a son of the late Harrison William Eades and Bertie Virginia Wilkerson Eades Capshaw.
He is survived 2 sons: Doug Eades, Bowling Green, KY and Tim Eades and wife, Teresa, Woodburn, KY;
2 daughters: Shelia Schnackenberg, Bowling Green, KY and Darlene Lillard and husband, Randall, Drake, KY;
1 sister: Patricia Wilson and husband, Mark, Alvaton, KY;
11 grandchildren: Kasey Houchens, Robin Bond, Kendra Zackery, Stephanie Andrade, Jonathon Lillard, Clinton Eades, Zakkary Eades, Cortney Travelstead, Tyler Eades, Caitlyn Ross and Chris Eades;
18 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by 2 sons: Danny Eades and David Brown; 1 granddaughter: Sasha Schnackenberg and 1 grandson: Derek Schnackenberg; 1 sister: Nellie Eades.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Donald Huntsman officiating and burial in Martha's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday and after 7:00 A.M. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
