Billy Duncan, 82, of Scottsville, KY passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Scottsville, KY native was a farmer, veteran of the U. S. Army, member of Shiloh United Methodist Church and attended White Plains Baptist Church. He was a son of the late Frank Mills "Jack" Duncan and Johnnie Myrtle Perry Duncan and husband of the late Judy Carol Bryant Duncan.
He is survived by 1 son: Jeff Duncan and wife, Leigh Anne, Lafayette, TN;
1 daughter: Cathy Cook and husband, Sammy, Scottsville, KY;
4 grandchildren: Josh Duncan (Cyndi), Jessica Harp (Scott), Dustin Stovall (Angela) and Brooke Graham (Justin);
7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild;
3 step grandchildren, 8 step great grandchildren and 5 step great great grandchildren;
Several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by an infant brother: James Duncan; a sister: Peggy Renick; a grandson: Daniel Stovall and a granddaughter: Miriam Humphrey .
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Newman officiating and burial in Allen County Memorial Gardens with military honors by Glasgow DAV Chapter 20 . Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday and after 7:00 a.m. Saturday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
