Betty Carol Bullington, 73, of Scottsville, KY passed away Monday, August 25, 2025 at her residence. The Scottsville, KY native was a LPN for Graves Gilbert Clinic, former nurse for Dr. Marrs in Glasgow, KY, former employee of Medco in Franklin and seamstress for various local factories. She was a member of Kentucky Board of Nursing, KSALPN and Scottsville Old Fashioned Missionary Baptist Church and attended Maysville Missionary Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late John Ralph Whitlow and Erma Christine Neal Whitlow.
She is survived by her husband: Rev. William Michael Bullington, Scottsville, KY;
2 sons: Anthony Bullington and wife, Kelli and Marshall Bullington and wife, Sabrina, all of Scottsville, KY;
2 daughters: Michelle Driver and husband, Johnny and Crystal Bullington, all of Scottsville, KY;
1 sister: Joyce Farley, Scottsville, KY;
1 brother: Ralph Neal Whitlow, Scottsville, KY;
13 grandchildren: John Albert Driver, Jonathan Driver, April Driver (Tony); Tony Bullington; David Bullington (Amanda); Courtney Bullington; Kassi Cooper (Will); Kaylee Bullington; Latosha Sanspree (Josh); Josh Meador (Mandy); Austin Graves; Heaven Harrison (Daniel); Justin Bullington (Alexis);
33 great grandchildren and 1 unborn great grandchild;
2 nieces: Anita Sullivan and Anna Dinkins (Jordan);
1 nephew: Chris Farley (Lisa);
She was preceded in death by 1 grandson: J.W. Meador and 1 daughter: Lacy Houchens.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Maysville Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Jody McIntyre and Bro. Joey Uhls officiating and burial in Maysville Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home and after 9:00 A.M. until funeral time Thursday at Maysville Missionary Baptist Church.
