Obituary
Barry Allen Calvert, 75, of Scottsville, KY passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at Hospice House of Southern Kentucky. The Scottsville, KY native was a retired gas station attendant. He was a son of the late George Calvert and Ruby Lillian Brooks Calvert and husband of the late Martha Sue Hunt Calvert and Loretta Ann Chittenden Calvert.
He is survived by 2 daughters: Angel Calvert (Raleigh), Indianapolis, IN and Cyndee Calvert, Scottsville, KY;
1 step daughter: Ann Renner, Indianapolis, IN;
1 brother: Thurman Calvert (Sue), Scottsville, KY;
1 sister: Judy Calvert, Scottsville, KY;
4 grandchildren: Michael, Ashley (Jeremy), Alyssa (Jeremy) and Nikolas;
5 step grandchildren: Joshua, Emily, Shelly, Rachel and Jeremy;
15 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by 1 step granddaughter: Shianne Calvert; 3 brothers: Jerry Calvert, Herman Calvert and Dwight Calvert; 3 sisters: Linda Lonas, Betty Calvert and Gloria Calvert.
Memorial service will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Robbie Williams officiating. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday at Goad Funeral Home. Cremation was chosen.
