Arnold Patrick

Arnold Patrick, 77, of Scottsville, KY passed away Tuesday at the Medical Center at Bowling Green.  The Scottsville, KY native was a retired employee of Allen County Road Department, former owner of Patrick's Painting and Wallpaper for over twenty years, former employee of Allen County Transfer Station, Allen County Detention Center, Lambert's Pool Room, Woodmaster, school bus driver and farmer and an avid UK fan.  He was a son of the late Onie Hillous Patrick and Lula Mae Sloan Patrick.

He is survived by his wife: Melba Gilliam Patrick, Scottsville, KY;

2 brothers: James Hillous Patrick (Linda) and Rev. Danny Ray Patrick, all of Scottsville, KY;

1 sister: Bonnie Patrick Ray, Scottsville, KY;

4 grandchildren: Jordan Talbott (Shelby); Zachary Richards (Joshua); Courtney Patrick (Rachel) and Khloe Patrick;

3 great grandchildren: Makenna, Ada-Kate and Baylor Talbott;

2 brothers-in-law: Willard Gilliam (Michelle) and Rev. Lawrence Gilliam, Scottsville, KY;

2 sisters-in-law: Marjorie Mosley, Conyers, GA and Donna Williams (Greg), Scottsville, KY;

Several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by 1 son: David Patrick; 1 grandson: Braxton Jake Patrick and  2 sisters: Joyce Patrick Halloway and Linda Lou Patrick Gillock.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday at Goad Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Patrick, Rev. Danny Patrick and Rev. Lawrence Gilliam officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be 11:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Friday and after 7:00 A.M. Saturday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
