Wayne Lee Chism

​Wayne Lee Chism, 69, of Scottsville, KY passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Cal Turner Rehab and Specialty Care.  The Flippin, KY native was a retired employee of General Electric and A. O. Smith and a U. S. Marine.  He was a son of the late Ulysses Chism, Jr. and Lois Howard Chism. 

He is survived by 1 brother:  Michael L. Chism, Fountain Run, KY; 

A sister-in-law:  Marie Chism, San Antonio, TX; 

​2 nephews:  Roche Chism and Jonathan Chism, both of San Antonio, TX;

A special friend:  Lynn Sanchez, Scottsville, KY. 

​He was preceded in death by a brother:  Wade Chism. 

​Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday at Goad Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Old School Cemetery in Fountain Run.  Visitation will be after 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home.
