Randall Lee Harper, 80, of Adolphus, KY passed away Sunday, November 24, 2019 at his residence. The Scottsville, KY native was a farmer, retired employee of General Electric and A.O. Smith, and former owner and operator of Hometown Dairy Bar, The Lunch Box, Harper's A & W and The Cedar House, a Baptist and attended different churches. He was a son of the late Raymond Ray Harper and Pernie Mae Blankenship Harper.
He is survived by his wife: Betty Rippy Harper, Adolphus, KY;
2 sons: Todd Harper and wife, Rhonda and Eddie Harper and wife, Jenice, all of Adolphus, KY;
1 brother: Eugene Harper and wife, Sherlie, Scottsville, KY;
8 grandchildren: Hillary Bishop and husband, Hayden; Shelby Harper; Hannah Ridley and husband, Travis; Auston Harper and wife, Josie; Ethon Harper and wife, Holly and Dyllan Harper, Emily McKemy (Dan) and Lindsey Carol Bragg (Andrew);
16 great grandchildren: Neal Bishop, Barrett Bishop, Ross Ridley, Rory Ridley, Payton Harper, Rylan Harper, Nolan Harper, Ella Harper, Auden Harper, Ashton Harper, Isaac McKemy, Matthew McKemy, Philip McKemy, Jackson Bragg, Brooklyn Bragg and Jordan Bragg;
4 step grandsons: Josh Perkins (Leanne); Brian Perkins (Nicki); John Paul Meador and Jesse Meador;
5 step great grandchildren: Leah, Ben, Sam, Eli and Luke Perkins;
And several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by 1 son: Randall Lee Harper, Jr.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Harper and Bro. Danny Patrick officiating with burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday and after 8:00 A.M. Wednesday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
