Polly Willoughby, 72, of Scottsville, KY passed away Sunday, June 23, 2019 at her daughter's residence. The Whitesburg, KY native was a homemaker. She was a daughter of the late Kenneth Ray Twomey and Viola Eurella Sammons Twomey and wife of the late Roger Lee Willoughby.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Shirley Elizabeth Baldwin, Kenosha, WI and Chrissy Costello, Scottsville, KY;
A son-in-law: Michael Costello, Scottsville, KY;
1 brother: James Twomey, IN;
1 sister: Shirley Hill, Indianapolis, IN;
12 grandchildren: Tyler Yoakem, Shelby Snyder, Michael Costello, Allen Willoughby, Holly Summers, Ashley Calvert, Charles Dugger, Sandy Kirk, Kayla Willoughby, Amanda Gesell, Ammie Loretz and Shorty Willoughby;
21 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son: Roger Eugene Willoughby and a grandchild: Shannon Lee Hicks.
Funeral service will be 12 noon Thursday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Stephen Bratcher officiating and burial in Durham Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be 12 noon to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and after 7:00 a.m. Thursday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
