Morris Garmon, 66, of Scottsville, KY passed away Thursday, October 17, 2019 at the Medical Center at Scottsville. The Scottsville, KY native was a farmer, former employee of Scottsville Chrysler and Costello Chrysler, a member of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church and attended Union Chapel United Methodist Church. He was a son of the late Leonard Halqua Garmon and Geneva Kathleen Owens Garmon.
He is survived by his wife: Twyla Wilson Garmon, Scottsville, KY;
1 son: Daniel Garmon, Scottsville, KY;
2 daughters: Janea Hiser and husband, Mike, Huntsville, AL; Julie Williams and husband, Tommy, Nashville, TN;
1 brother: Wendell Garmon and (Ginger), Franklin, KY;
4 sisters: Beverly Patton and husband, James Allen, Franklin, TN; Debbie Jones and husband, Wayne, Phoenix, AZ; Pam Heath and husband, Steve, Bowling Green, KY and Joetta Mitchell, Scottsville, KY;
2 sisters-in-law: Judy Garmon and Teresa Williams and husband, Ronnie, all of Scottsville, KY;
5 grandchildren: Jack Garmon, Willow Garmon, Ava Hiser, Austin Hiser and Ryder Williams and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by 1 brother: Michael Garmon.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Maxie McGuffey and Bro. Danny Patrick officiating and burial in Union Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:Noon to 8:00 P.M. Saturday and after 8:00 A.M. Sunday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
