Michael Dale Walker

Michael Dale Walker, 26, of Scottsville, KY passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019 in Bowling Green, KY.  The Birmingham, Alabama native was a employee of Greenwood Refrigeration, a U.S. Marine veteran and member of Highlands Baptist Church in Brookesville, FL.  He was a son of Bobby Wayne Wix and Tracey Lynn Mayhew Wix, who survives.

He is survived by his wife: Emily Towe Walker, Scottsville, KY; 

2 sons: Bo Michael Walker and Bryant Tyler Walker, both of Scottsville, KY;

2 daughters: Rylee Ann Walker and Brooklynn Reece Walker, both of Scottsville, KY;

His parents: Bobby and Tracey Wix, Scottsville, KY;

2 brothers: Dustin Tyler Walker and fiancee', Kelsey Harris and Matthew Bryant Walker, all of Scottsville, KY;

His grandparents: Richard and Joyce Trammel, Scottsville, KY and Edith Wix, Portland, TN;

His father-in-law and mother-in-law: Eric and Kim Towe, Scottsville, KY and Robert and Carolyn Myatt, Bowling Green, KY;

1 half sister: Danielle Phillips, AL;

A sister-in-law: Aeryka Towe, Bowling Green, KY;

Several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather: Gary Allen Mayhew and paternal grandfather: Bobby G. Wix.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Kelvin Copas and Chris Mayhew officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday and after 7:00 A.M. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home.  Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Walker Family.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
