Marguerite Quinlan Obituary

Marguerite "Maggie" Quinlan, 54, of Bowling Green, KY passed away Thursday, October 31, 2019.  The Scottsville, KY native was an employee of Scottsville Rural Health Clinic and an avid Harley rider.  She was a daughter of the late Albert Leroy Baker and Martha Laverne Hughes. 

 

She is survived by 1 daughter:  Allison Quinlan, Omaha, NE; 

Her life companion:  Edward "Nick" Nicholson, Bowling Green, KY; 

Her second daughter:  Maranda Proffitt, Glasgow, KY; 

4 sisters:  Gail Doss, Scottsville, KY; Mellanie Cornett, Granit Falls, NC; Teresa Bruno (Mark), Pebble Beach, CA; Teona Baker, Bakersfield, CA; 

Her step mother:  Clara Baker, Stevens Point, WI; 

A brother-in-law:  Andrew Nicholson, Bowling Green, KY; 

Several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

She was preceded in death by a son:  Joshua Lee Quinlan. 

 

A memorial celebration with family will be 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and fellowship with friends and family from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday at Hickory Hill United Methodist Church.  Cremation was chosen and expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
