Herbert Knight Obituary

Herbert Owen Knight, 97, of Scottsville, KY passed away Monday, May 21, 2018 at Franklin Nursing and Rehab in Franklin, KY. The Scottsville, KY native was a former farmer, former employee of Van Camps and retired machinist. He was a son of the late Calvin Jasper Knight and Jullie Gertrude O'Neal Knight and husband of the late Mary Magdaline Blankenship Knight.

He is survived by 1 niece: Mary Jean Joyner and husband, Lowell "Bo,", Sycamore, GA;

1 great niece: Natalie Cournoyer and husband, Bob, Scottsville, KY.

He was preceded in death by 1 son: James Calvin "Jimmy" Knight; 1 daughter: Ruth Edna Knight; 1 sister: Erah Naydene Myers; 1 brother: Harold Neal Knight.

Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery with Bro. James Graves officiating.
