Hazel Dean (Landers) Bullington

Hazel Dean Bullington, 77, of Gallatin, TN died Sunday, July 31, 2016 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN.  The Scottsville, KY native was a retired employee of Globe Business Furniture.  She was a daughter of the late Arthur Dewey Landers and Vera Mae Meador Landers and wife of the late Garland Lewis Bullington. 

She is survived by 2 sons:  Jeffrey Neal "Buster" Bullington and Gary Clayton Bullington, both of Gallatin, TN; 

2 daughters:  Donna Gayle Warden and fiance', Roy Hedgepath, and Darlene Lackey, all of Gallatin, TN; 

1 sister:  Eula Mae Dennison, Scottsville, KY; 

4 grandchildren:  Tanya Marie Lackey, Bridget Renee Warden, Derek Darnell Crutcher and Christopher Lewis Bullington; 

1 great granddaughter:  Jada Marie Lackey.

She was preceded in death by 1 granddaughter:  Trinity DeShea Bullington and 1 brother: Douglas Eugene Landers. 

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 5, 2016 at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Michael Landers officiating and burial in Rocky Mound Cemetery.   Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and after 7 a.m. Friday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
