Dora Jean Moore, 74, of Adolphus, KY died at 2:45 a.m. Sunday, October 6, 2013 at her residence. The Adolphus, KY native was a retired employee of Stokley Van Campe where she worked for over 20 years and a member of Maple Grove General Baptist Church and Scottsville Chapter #60 O.E.S. She was a daughter of the late Tom Franklin Brown and Pearlie Willa Carter Brown and wife of the late Everette J. "Bill" Moore.
She is survived by 1 son: Michael Moore and wife, Joetta, Adolphus, KY;
1 daughter: Linda Sue Hagenmaier and husband, Bill, Indianapolis, IN;
1 brother: Jerry Brown, Westmoreland, TN;
4 grandchildren: Jennifer Brackett, John Hagenmaier, Billy Moore and Angel Rippy;
5 great grandchildren: Simon Moore, Alyssa Smith, Mikaela Smith, Benjamin Brackett and Andrew Hagenmaier.
She was preceded in death by 1 son: Bill Moore; 1 brother: James Brown; 3 sisters: Ruby Garmon, JoAnn Lyles and Laverne Coates; 1 sister-in-law: Rulene Brown.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Gus Gregory and Bro. Willie B. Lyles officiating and burial in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1:00 p.m. Monday at Goad Funeral Home.
