Charles Glendal Willoughby

​Charles Glendal Willoughby, 83, of Scottsville, KY passed away at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at his residence.  The Scottsville, KY native was a retired employee of Holley Carburetor, a U.S. Marine veteran of the Korean Conflict and a Baptist.  He was a son of the late Bro. Charles Odell Willoughby and Elsie Margaret Horne Willoughby. 

He is survived by his wife:  Nancy Willoughby, Scottsville, KY; 

1 daughter:  Gwen Parrish and husband, Lee, Scottsville, KY; 

2 brothers:  Carrel Willoughby and Randall Willoughby and wife, Betty, all of Scottsville, KY; 

​2 sisters:  Anna Isenberg and husband, Sammy, Scottsville, KY and Anita West, WV; 

​2 grandchildren:  Caine Parrish and Amy Parrish, both of Scottsville, KY and 

​1 great granddaughter:  Jayme Elizabeth Parrish. 

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Goad Funeral Home with burial in Allen County Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be after 12 noon Friday at Goad Funeral Home.
