Billie Joe Buster

Billy Joe Buster, 52, of Glasgow, KY passed away Friday, January 3, 2020 at NHC Health Care in Glasgow, KY.  The Scottsville, KY native was a former employee of Kroger, WalMart, IGA and member of Meador VFD and Clifton General Baptist Church.  He was a son of the late Benjamin Hairm Buster and Dartha Gertrude Wise Buster. 

He is survived by 5 brothers:  Harold Buster, Louisville, KY; James Buster and wife, Alma, Austin, KY; Tommy Buster and Amanda Stacy, Franklin, KY; 

John Robert "Bobby" Esterly and Boyd Esterly and wife, Leeann, all of Scottsville, KY; 

3 aunts:  Billie JoAnn Blair, Schella Smith and Rebecca Horton; 

2 uncles:  Charles Buster and Paul Merrium; 

5 nieces and 7 nephews. 

He was preceded in death by 1 sister:  Judy Hall; 1 brother:  Ben "Little Ben" Buster, Jr.; 1 niece:  Amber Esterly; paternal grandparents:  Hiram Buster and Carmie Buster Blair; maternal grandparents:  Sam Wise and Virginia Murlot Wise. 

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Lawrence and Bro. Jason Whitaker officiating and burial in Clifton Cemetery.  Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and after 7:00 a.m. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home.
