Barry D. Carver

Barry D. Carver, 63, of Lafayette, TN and formerly of Scottsville, KY passed away Friday, February 2, 2018 at his residence.  The Scottsville, KY native was a retired truck driver and member of Oak Grove General Baptist Church.  He was a son of the late John Patterson Carver and Audrey Gertrue Shockley Carver. 

He is survived by 2 sons:  Bruce D. Carver, Scottsville, KY and Travis Matthew Carver, Lafayette, TN; 

1 daughter:  Brandy Carver, Bowling Green, KY; 

1 brother:  Johnny H. Carver and wife, Janetta, Westmoreland, TN; 

5 grandchildren:  Bradley D. Carver, Sara Ashley Carver, Corey Aaron Cundiff, Katelyn Sierra Carver and Logan Wyatt Carver; 

2 nephews:  Jonathan Carver and wife, Michelle, and Trevor Carver and wife, Leslie; 

1 niece:  Lyndy Carver Thompson and husband, Anthony. 

Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Open Door Outreach Church with Bro. Johnny Carver officiating.   Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.  Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
