Wilford "Archie" Ogle, II, 52, of Alvaton, KY died at 2:10 p.m. Monday, August 13, 2012 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Warren County, KY native was an employee of Country Oven Bakery, former employee of Holley Performance, 21 year retiree of the Kentucky Army National Guard serving during Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom and a Baptist. He was a son of the late Wilford Archie Ogle, Sr. and Ruby Ann Key Ogle Thacker.
He is survived by his wife: Lynn Norris Ogle, Alvaton, KY;
1 son: Codie Lee Ogle and fiancee', Shelby Hathaway, Alvaton, KY;
2 sisters: Nina Compton, Alvaton, KY and Sandra Jo Stinson and husband, Ricky Wayne, Scottsville, KY;
His father-in-law and mother-in-law: Ted and Betty Norris, Glasgow, KY;
A special nephew: Nathaniel Stinson, Scottsville, KY and several other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by 1 son: Wilford Archie Ogle, III; 1 sister: Geneva Ann Gann and a brother-in-law: Johnny Gann.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Wells officiating and burial in Mt. Union General Baptist Church Cemetery with military honors by the Glasgow DAV Chapter 20. Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Mt. Union General Baptist Cemetery Fund. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.

When we lose someone due to a sickness, it is hard, but when we lose a spouse, parent and especially a child suddenly it makes the pain and sadness even harder to bare.
