She became sole owner of Goad Funeral Home in 1996. A licensed funeral director since 1985. She has two children: Gwen Goad Davis and her husband, Darren and Brandon K. Goad and 1 Granddaughter: Whitney Briana Davis.
Diana is a member of White Plains Baptist Church, Scottsville Lions Club, Scottsville Chapter #60 Order of Eastern Star, Scottsville-Allen County Chamber of Commerce, Scottsville Rotary Club and Co-Treasurer of Allen County 4-H Council.

Darren is a member of Scottsville Fire Department, currently serving as Allen County Coroner, attends Red Hill General Baptist Church and co-owner of Cox and Davis Excavating.

Carlton was born in Allen County, KY to Estel and Jessie May Conner. He graduated from Alvaton High School in 1949, Graduated Kentucky School of Mortuary Science in Louisville, KY in June of 1958. Joined Goad Funeral Home Staff in June, 2000. Former owner of Conner Funeral Home from 1963-1970. Father of: Nancy Geiser.
